Rapid growth within our company means we’re looking for subject-matter experts to join our team and provide our clients with best-in-class service!
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated experts to join our team on a contract basis. Successful candidates will work closely with our leadership team to provide compliance services to healthcare providers and their practices, including investigations, the formulation and monitoring of compliance programs, and general compliance consulting to ensure alignment with regulations.
We’re Looking for Individuals Who Possess the Following:
- Proven experience working in regulatory compliance, serving in a compliance officer or compliance consultant capacity
- A strong understanding of healthcare compliance, including federal payor and commercial payor regulations, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, False Claims Act, HIPAA, etc.
- Experience providing expert witness testimony
- Experience building and monitoring a healthcare organization’s compliance program
- Certifications in healthcare compliance, such as CPCO, CFE, CHC, and/or CHPC preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
- Excellent research, critical thinking, and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to travel as the need arises to fulfill client engagements
